International Online: Min kyu Choi, a graduate of the Royal College of Arts in London, has designed a universal plug and won the British life insurance design award, the Daily Mail reported. This multi-functional combination plug can be folded into different specifications and models, and can also be matched with any socket through deformation and adapter.
Min kyu CHO, 29, also designed the world's thinnest laptop to fit in an envelope.
This socket can be used alone, or in groups of three, together. In addition to the function of replacing the traditional plug, this universal plug also has USB interface, which makes it easy to charge even ordinary digital products. Moreover, its thickness is only 1 cm, and its exquisite design combined with convenient functions beat other similar products in the world and won the British life insurance design award.
Some students complained earlier: "when I brought my laptop from home to school, I was disappointed to find that the socket did not match the computer." The socket designed by Min kyu Choi can avoid this problem. "Based on this design concept, I hope to be able to design a foldable plug that is as thin as a laptop," he says
"Min kyu Choi's design will have a positive impact on everyone's life," said Antony Gormley, chairman of the grand prize jury
